What is Hydraulic elevator?
A hydraulic elevator is a type of lift that uses hydraulic power to raise and lower the elevator car. Unlike traction elevators, which use ropes and counterweights, hydraulic elevators rely on a fluid-driven piston mounted inside a cylinder.
They’re particularly useful in buildings with low to medium height and are known for their smooth and quiet operation.
Advantages:
  • Operation: When the elevator is called to ascend, hydraulic fluid is pumped into the cylinder, pushing the piston up and lifting the elevator car. To descend, the fluid is released in a controlled manner, and the car lowers.
  • Machine Room Position: The hydraulic power unit (the "machine room") can be placed within 10 meters of the elevator shaft, providing flexibility in building design.
  • Capacity: These elevators can carry heavy loads, often up to 2 tons, making them ideal for large cars and heavy-duty applications.
  • Energy Efficiency: When descending, they use gravity rather than consuming energy, making them more efficient.
  • Space Efficiency: No counterweight is needed, which increases the space available within the elevator shaft and reduces construction costs.

What is Goods elevator?
A goods elevator is designed specifically for transporting heavy loads, materials, and equipment rather than passengers. These elevators are commonly used in industrial settings, warehouses, factories, and sometimes in commercial buildings to move goods between different floors.
We have successfully implemented our technical expertise to install heavy goods elevators as per customer requirements. We have completed prestigious customized jobs in record time, exceeding safety standards and providing an all-round solution thanks to our in-house design team.
Key Features:
  • Auto Rescue Device: In the event of a power cut, the elevator will continue to the nearest floor and open the doors to let passengers out safely.
  • Infrared Light Curtain: Full-height infrared curtain with multiple cross-crossing light beams detects the smallest obstruction in the door path and stops the doors from closing.
  • Overload Sensor with Audio-Visual Indication: On overloading, the lift provides an audio-visual indication and keeps the doors open until the excess load is removed.
  • Car Emergency Light: Always illuminated in normal conditions, it switches automatically to battery backup in case of power failure.
  • Emergency Alarm & Push to Talk: In case of any emergency or power failure, help can be obtained by alarming or communicating at the lobby through this battery-operated and self-charging system.
  • Safety in Case of Over Travel: Three-phase electric power is disconnected from the control panel and motor if the elevator moves beyond the limit of the top and bottom terminal floors, causing the brake to apply immediately and bringing the elevator to a halt.
  • Safety in Case of Rope Breakage: In the event of rope breakage, if the elevator speed exceeds the rated speed in the downward direction due to gravitational acceleration, the overspeed governor activates the clutch mechanism, switching off main controls and jamming the elevator car safely on guide rails.
  • Car Fan Automatic Sleep: The car fan automatically stops when there are no registered floor calls, saving power and enhancing its lifespan.
  • Voice Annunciator with Music: This system provides detailed information to passengers related to the next floor, direction of movement, door opening/closing, scheduled operations, and other information depending on the building needs. It features natural electronic voice synthesizers.
